Accountability

I feel it necessary to address on this particular forum for the future individuals who email me asking about discipline in Sacramento. 

Accountability.

You are responsible for your actions and how your actions affect others. This doesn’t mean you need to think of everyone before yourself by any means, but it DOES mean that when you interact with other humans, you should be aware. Be observant. Be empathetic. 

If you want to live a life where you are amongst other human beings, communication is important. You should be a person of integrity and demonstrate such an integrity throughout your interactions. You stand by your word. You honor obligations, promises, and agreements. And if you stray from any of those things, you first and foremost hold yourself accountable for your actions (or inaction). 

It is necessary in this world riddled with selfish and entitled humans, that we progress as a species. We must regard our word as a valuable thing. As such, when you speak, have meaning. When you interact, have value. Be aware of these things within yourself. Call yourself out when you realize you aren’t doing so well in that department. And if you seek disciplinary measures to assist with your accountability, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. 

I can help you hold yourself accountable. I can help you address the situation and reaffirm your own values by structure and follow through. I can help you take the step toward your goal of self awareness and self improvement. 

This world can use a little more accountability and it all begins with you holding yourself accountable.

I am a firm believer of a good spanking ending in tears, which is most often not just a result of the spanking itself, but rather a connection between the disciplinarian and the one being spanked. For a spankee to be brought to the point of tears during a spanking, it is often due to a level of trust and comfort that is not usually established right away. Therefore, to take away what is needed from being disciplined as an adult, you often must commit to repeat visits. It is important that you meet someone whom you can trust, who grows to know your hard limits, your body language, your sounds, and all of the other things that can be learned without a single word being spoken.

Many can offer to hit you with an object, as I’m sure through your pursuits you may have experienced. A so called “disciplinarian” will offer to spank you with their belt or paddle, or over the knee, and will not take the time to establish the immensely important level of trust you need to achieve in order to fully submit to their guidance.

This connection is so important if you are wanting to take away from the experience the things you sought to achieve.

Be safe, make sure your spanker understands what your goals are beforehand, and if you truly want to delve into the experience of receiving discipline from a stranger while providing minimal detail of your comfort levels, preferences, etc...... please atleast make sure you set up a simple Safe Word to halt the spanking immediately if your limit has been reached. A truly trustworthy disciplinarian will honor your safe word and stop immediately.

You can also set up a Slow word, for lack of a better term. If you don’t want the spanking to end, but you truly need the disciplinarian to lighten up a bit because it is getting too intense for your comfort level, or you’ve reached your limit on pain and need them to ease back but not stop altogether, that Slow word will come in handy. It means don’t stop the discipline, but ease back on the pain level.

Having a Safe word to halt the spanking immediately, and a Slow word to ease back on the pain level but not stop altogether will help you while easing into the experience of being spanked by a disciplinarian. And as I mentioned before, a true disciplinarian who respects your concerns, your body, and your relationship with them will honor those words immediately without question.
